Fantastic company! The gal answering the phone and scheduling was delightful and helpful. I received text updates and phone contact from the technician prior to the appointment. Technician was able to diagnose and fix the issue and was also pleasant to work with—great experience all around.

Was having problems with my combi-boiler. The Rex team did a great job diagnosing the problem, getting some parts delivered from the manufacturer and getting everything installed, fixed and back in working order.

Katie and Tara came today and diagnosed and fixed the leak in my toilet. They checked the water pressure and found it to be extremely high and this was due to the PRV, expansion tank and T&p valve to be extremely corroded, due to age (28 yrs) and explained that this could be a dangerous situation if not fixed. So, the toilet leaked because there was a crack in the old toilet and now is replaced with a new toilet and the water pressure is now at a safe level. They were awesome and explained everything and were so very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also a joy to work with. Thank you for the wonderful service!!

Katie and Tara were absolutely incredible. VERY knowledgeable and informative. Found the source of the problem and explained everything which had happened and was going to happen without a repair. Look forward to them doing the repair and solving the problem.

The last phase of the plumbing work was extending the gas line so that a gas range could be added in the kitchen. Its a couple of hours to drill holes, run flex pipe and install fittings. Its nice to be able to ask questions and get solid info and advice about related work. I will use Rex’s Plumbing again.

Really impressed with these guys, Eli was prompt, professional, and friendly and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. The cost was competitive for the service and everyone I was in contact with was very personable. If we have anymore plumbing troubles I would be happy to use Rex’s services again.

Kevin came out to do an estimate on a water leak. He was very professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue right away. He was even able to fix the issue for us in the same visit! He made sure we understood the issue and how to prevent future problems. The communication from the company was very clear and I knew when he was on his way.
